Tema Police Arrest Trader with 37 Slabs of Suspected Indian Hemp

The Tema Regional Police Command has apprehended a 49-year-old trader, Issaka Mohammed, who is suspected of possessing 37 slabs of compressed dried plant material believed to be Indian hemp.

In a statement released by the police, it was noted that the arrest occurred on Saturday, September 12, 2026, around 11:30 p.m. This action followed intelligence gathered by the Motorbike Patrol officers regarding a suspected Indian hemp dealer operating in a ghetto near the New Tulaku Cow Market.
